Technology built with intent.
We build focused software and systems for the people who work closest to the elements — on the water today, and in energy tomorrow.
Vilir
In the Old Norse tongue, vili was will — not a passing wish, but the deliberate drive to make something happen.
In Norse myth, Vili is one of three brothers who shaped the world out of raw elements — sea, stone and sky — and, together, gave the first people breath, understanding and the power to move. It's a story about turning untamed forces into something people can live and work with.
That's the job we've chosen. The sea, the wind and the weather don't care about spreadsheets. The people who work in them deserve tools that are built deliberately, carefully and for real conditions. Vilir is our reminder to build with intent.

Two frontiers. One way of working.
Small teams in demanding environments are underserved by software built for someone else. We start there.
Small teams. Hard environments. Tools that simply work.
Principles
- 01
Built for the operator
We design around the person on the dock or in the plant room, not the boardroom.
- 02
Simple by default
Fewer screens, fewer clicks, fewer things to learn. Complexity stays under the hood.
- 03
Made for real conditions
Patchy signal, wet hands, early mornings. Software should hold up like good equipment does.
- 04
Responsible by design
Efficient operations waste less fuel, less energy and less time. Good business and good stewardship go together.
Run a small fleet? Let's talk.
We're working closely with early operators to shape Paxly. Partners, investors and curious people are welcome too.
